My name is Rachel, Secretary to Mr Ahmed Abd EL Gawad. I have been working in the Private Cosmetic surgery field for 4 years now.

I developed solid experience in my role through working in a busy firm like Mr El Gawad’s practice. I received outstanding training in how to help and guide people throughout their journey of having plastic surgery. I implement all national best practice guidelines to offer you with full information about your procedure as well as your rights.

l am your first contact point. I will be with you every step of the way to make sure that you feel safe, respected and supported throughout your journey even if you are just at your research stage.

I’m an NHS Consultant Plastic Surgeon, based at the Royal Liverpool University Teaching Hospital as the main plastic surgery provider. My services are all about you, but here’s a little more about me…

I work and see patients within an NHS setting as well as seeing clients in several private hospitals across the UK and now Cairo. I am on the General Medical Council specialist register as a Plastic Surgeon, and a full member of the renowned British Association of Plastic and reconstructive surgeons (BAPRAS). I am a member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic surgeons (BAAPS), a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (RCSEd) and finally a member of the European Board of Plastic Surgery (EBOPRAS).
